If Barbie grew up and started wearing pearls, this is the lipstick colour she’d be wearing.
Coral Kiss (formerly known as “Coachella Coral” — a total name upgrade, if we’re being honest) was named an Allure Best of Beauty winner in 2020 under the “corals” category.
It’s a very pretty warm coral with yellow undertones, although cool-tones could totally rock this colour too. The finish is, supposedly, satin, but feels and looks a little more matte.
Wear time
It’s not a completely bulletproof lipstick, but it will get you through dinner with only a few touch-ups.
Packaging
Ugh, gorgeous. Charlotte Tilbury knows how to package a product — and always in rose gold, of course. The engraved ridges make it a stand reminiscent of old-school Lancôme lipstick tubes. It’s a very special item, meant to be cherished and saved for special occasions.
Dupes
The closest dupe we could find at this time is MAC See Sheer.
Both See Sheer and Coral Kiss are a watermelon-y coral with warm yellow-orange undertones, but See Sheer is much more muted on the lips than Coral Kiss.
Buy it?
At $39 CAD it’s an investment for sure, but it’s a beautiful everyday colour. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth.
