French Canadian retailer Maison Simons announced today that it has partnered with two secondhand luxury retailers LXRandCo and VSP Consignment to carry a selection of pre-loved luxury goods.
LXRandCo and VSP Consignment are heavyweights in the luxury resale market, offering a wide selection of brands from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. Customers have enjoyed getting their hands on steeply discounted Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Hermes, to name a few.
The program was introduced as part of Simons’ commitment to sustainability in the fashion industry. Reselling clothes on consignment helps to minimize waste and reduce the carbon footprint caused by fast fashion.
Consignment sections at Simons’ physical stores will begin popping up in late 2020, but you can shop now at simons.ca
